Annotated Bibliographies and Literature Reviews

Annotated bibliographies and literature reviews are two different methods of organizing sources for research.  For college undergraduates, they are often used as standalone assignments as part of a scaffolded research project.

The interactive graphic below will provide a basic overview of the similarities and differences between annotated bibliographies and literature reviews.  More information about each of these topics can be accessed from the left side navigation bar.
