  • Policy File Index Citations and abstracts, most with links to full text, for U.S. public policy research from over 350 think tanks, non-governmental organizations, research institutes, university centers, advocacy groups, and other entities.
  • Homeland Security Digital Library - Access to over 100,000 documents relating to homeland security policy, strategy, and organizational management.
  • Modern World History Online - Provides topical entries, biographies, maps, primary source documents, and timeline entries covering the mid-15th century through the present.
  • CIAO: Columbia International Affairs Online - View a comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs with scholarship ranging from university research institutes, NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, conferences proceedings, books, journals and policy briefs. This contains a wide range of scholarship from 1991 onward.
  • Air University Library's Index to Military Periodicals : AULIMP - Explore a subject index to significant articles, news items, and editorials from English language military and aeronautical periodicals. Founded in 1946, the Air University Library is the premier library in the Department of Defense (DOD), housing more than 2.6 million resources, and current topic-focused research guides.

  • Press Reader - Provides thousands of newspapers every single day, extracting text and images and making articles instantly translatable, searchable, and easy to read on mobile devices. Coverage is typically the most recent 90 days.
  • EBSCOhost - Provides access to a wide range of databases, many with full text. Chose to search one database or search all. **Can set interface language to German**
  • JSTOR - Provides access to scholarly journals and books in a wide range of disciplines.
  • Bibliography of Asian Studies - Explore a major multi-disciplinary index for the study of East, Southeast, and South Asia. It contains citations for Western-language journal articles, review articles, conference proceedings, chapters in edited volumes, and Festschrift published worldwide that relate to the study of Asia. The database aims to cover a broad range of subjects, with a special focus on the humanities and social sciences. Some of the subjects covered include anthropology, art, economics, history, language, literature, political science, religion, and sociology.
